More eveidence that there are people still alive at the CSC! Posted Feb 8th, the CSC updated their processing dates. Last update was Jan 23rd.

Looks like we are well into November now! :dance::dance:

K-1 Timeline

11-29-05: Mailed I-129F Petition to CSC

12-06-05: NOA1

03-02-06: NOA2

03-23-06: Interview Date May 16

05-17-06: K-1 Visa Issued

05-20-06: Arrived at POE, Honolulu

07-17-06: Married

AOS Timeline

08-14-06: Mailed I-485 to Chicago

08-24-06: NOA for I-485

09-08-06: Biometrics Appointment

09-25-06: I-485 transferred to CSC

09-28-06: I-485 received at CSC

10-18-06: AOS Approved

10-21-06: Approval notice mailed

10-23-06: Received "Welcome Letter"

10-27-06: Received 2 yr Green Card

I-751 Timeline

07-21-08: Mailed I-751 to VSC

07-25-08: NOA for I-751

The CSC hasnt approved all the petitions from October yet, we are still waiting and I know that there are more people waiting for their NOA2 whose NOA1 was i October. So I dont know if the update means anything :(

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Well... any change is better than no change! The Immigration Timelines here on VJ also support the fact that CSC is issuing NOA2s for November, since four members from Nov have received their NOA2s! :D

In my opinion, the only thing the dates are somewhat good for is they let you know when you can call your service center and complain! Not that it always does any good......

oh my goodness, only november?? man i hope this thing doesnt take long for us...im only on day 17 of my journey...it scares me to know how much longer it will take, especially since we are trying to plan a wedding!!! our wedding date is aug 5 right now and we've notified CSC of that. i dont know if it will mean anything but can't hurt to let them know. gosh....im so nervous about this i could puke. good luck to everyone.

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)
