hello people from here good day to u all. we just like to ask if CFO Certificate has an expiration date since i got my CFO last July 19,2007 and till this time were still waiting on my noa2 approval do u think guys do i still need to re-apply for this? and last question what is marriage index (with CDLI) means?

I dont think it has a expiration I have a CFO certificate last Dec. 2007 and hopefully this coming monday i will be at CFO to have a sticker atlast.

01-25-09 Sent EAD to St. Albans, Vermont

01-27-09 Confirm St. Albans, Vermont received!

03-30-09 Approval notice sent

03-31-09 EAD sent for printing

04-01-09 EAD Card Mailed

04-04-09 EAD Card in Hand

04-07-09 Applied SSN ( need to wait a 10 days or 2 weeks to deliver)

01-15-2011 10 yrs Green Card Receive

from what i've heard during the seminar, it has no expiration date. lifetime na yun. :)

GOD IS GREAT ALL THE TIME...

AOS approved in 82 days (2 mos and 22 days) from the filing date. :)
