CASE STATUS ON LINE NOT WORKING?

Hi,

On the case status online I used to be able to click at the TOP of the "Case number" and

a new page would pop up with information regarding my case (ex : "application received")

Now when I click at the top a "V" flag pops up on the small box right on the left side of the case #;

ANyone has the same problem?

Yea,i got the same problem too browsing internet explorer..But when i try open the site browsing mozilla firefox,it seems nothings problem..

I got the same problem.

So I just click right button with the mouse over the case number, then select "open with new window" or something like that.

I just spoke with someone from USCIS about my case not showing up at all online. I was told that the website is maintained by a third party contractor and that USCIS has no control over when things do or do not appear. The USCIS agent told me anytime I would like a status update, I should call them, as they have the current information.
