Happy Thursday Mena crew! I just keep telling myself, "one more morning I have to wake up early then I an slept the whole weekend! Which is a bunch of bull roar cuz on the weekends I can not sleep past 8am lol Oh well the thought keeps me going......Have a good day

Happy Thursday peoples

I hope that you're all doing well and having a great day. Just one more day until FRIDAY!!! We have a nice chill relaxing weekend planned out with some friends and NO work or kid! Hehe.

Jihed just called me from work and told me about something funny (he didn't think so ) that he did at the bank this morning. He works in a huge store and the bank we use is right inside, so today is pay day for him and he just deposits his check on his break. He takes the check, signs the back and grabs a deposit slip. Our bank's slips are pretty blank and you've got to fill in everything, Name, account number, date, state and id number, amounts, etc. Jihed filled it out in Arabic He did the dates in Arabic year, month, day and his name, id, everything in Arabic. He handed it to the teller and she looked at him like woot is this? He said Ash I wasn't even thinking. I was reading the stuff on the slip in English and writing in Arabic I don't know what's wrong with me today, my head is in my butt I told him don't worry it's just Thursday sickness knowing that tomorrow is Friday!! hehe

Well, I'm at work...blah!

Last night was a ball of fun. After a wonderful relaxing night w/ my hubby (babies slept early) we heard my father come home. He works 2nd shift so he arrives home about midnight. We decided to start a load of laundry and go say hello. As my hubby enters the kitchen area he says "Dad, are you doing dishes?" I come out all curious, "whats that noise?" I see the sink...thought it was over flowing so I run across the kitchen floor (before my hubby can stop me). Woooshhh...I fly up in the air and land right on my right knee and slam my left hand onto the floor (that by the way has about 2 inches of water on it)! I try to stand up...I'm half laughing and half crying from the pain (it was very comical i have to say) As I stand up....wammmm, I fall directly onto my tailbone and slam the back of my head. Did I mention I'm soaking wet and the boys (Dad and Hubby) are now laughing uncontrollably? Evil Men!

Well, all is well at home...water turned off at the sink area...a pipe burst and we finally have running water every place else! WTH...what a friggin night and I never did get that load of laundry done! But there are tons of towels to do now!

My knee looks like it has an egg under it....EWWWW! And my bootie hurts

Good morning everyone! What a beautiful day it will be with a high of 84!

We will have a chance to view the international space station this evening

at 5:30. Skies are clear so should be a memorable site to see!

Sorry I haven't posted but hubby arrived here one week ago today!

It was quite an experience and totally smooth sailin....his plane landed at 4:20 pm Philly and he was with me by 5pm!

I am so grateful.

All is well on this, the 2nd day back to work and hubby all alone at home I feel different. I feel so relieved and happy and relaxed.

I want to let all peeps here know I will continue to keep you in my prayers.
