Good morning Ladies! I have a question Im goin to NYC this weekend for one day...does anyone have any suggestion on where I should eat, go or do? Mind u this is a very budget trip. The bus drops u off in time square at 9am and picks u back up at 9pm. It was designed for a shoppin trip but now that I have no job Im not able to do lots of shopping. Thanks

Roxie, I'm doing the same thing. I got part of the payment last week, but please be careful and meet with these people. My house is empty and I'm renting to a large family for 5 days. They have other activities to tend to that week in D.C. They have family driving in from all over the place. It's going to be a crazy week and I'm so glad I'm off January 20th. A lot of my friends and co-workers are also doing the same. Some people are being so greedy. The family was referred to me by one of my co-workers and some of the deal they were getting were outrageous.

My cousin is chargin 10gs! lol and a deposit of 1g......hi everybody long tyme no seeee

I feel everyone is entitled to their opinion. But can we move on. Everyone here has the same intention “to love a man" it doesn't matter if he's JA or American. If a new person came to this thread and read the comments made yesterday and today they would probably leave laughing and disgusted. We are here to support and maybe sometimes that support is hard but do it discretely. If past comments were an issue, if it wasn't commented on when it was made, let it go! She wasn't the only one talking about Bowcat, it made the conversation juicier with no objections. Honey is Honey and whatever is said to her will not make or break her. She has to live with her decisions not us. I understand all that is said and I agree and disagree with a lot but I choose not to comment. I come here to relax and mingle with other like me. Hey JaLove, good to see you. How was your trip down and how is it down there so far. How is the little bambina?

She slept most of the way. I had to wake her i didnt want her sleepin so much. Chris is a road warrior! drives great on the highway. I would not have been able to do it. It would have taken me four days lol i was gettin sleepy after one hour of driving. Only managed to drive 4 hours. It took us 24 hours because we had to stop alot. Sanaa is doin ok but just a lil fussy i guess with all the moving n changes. Her schedule is off n so is mine. So far we get stopped bout ten times while out for folks to see the baby.. Folks are so nice n come up talkin to u. We got free fried chicken wings in walmart cuz the lady thought they cost too much lol

Its ok. Very pretty place. Havent gotten to really do anything yet but run around and take care of business. I guess by week three ill be settled in. Our furniture isnt here yet so i feel like im playing lets go camping. We have one pot and some plastic forks and spoons and two cups but i managed to make some brown stew chicken and hubby said it was the best ever. I said i think ur just hungry! I do miss some of the northeast but we definitely can get more for the money here.
