Great that new processing dates are posted - too bad the dates suck bigtime. Was really hoping to see at the very least April dates posted.

This explains why my adjudication dates (since Monday) on my VJ time line jumped from late Feb & early March 2009 dates to now - get this - I-129F: April 6 - 14, 2009 & I-130: May 26 - July 17, 2009.

Is that some kind of cruel, sick joke?!

To top off the morning - still no freakin' access to check case status online. Reeeeeeeaaaaallyyyyy tired of calling VSC for same line of bull ...

Despite all that - still happily in love and hopeful in NY & Tunisia for our desired outcome. Wishing the same to everyone as well ...

You can overcome the problem with the "case status online" situation by doing this:

1. Login to your account.

2. When your case number(s) come up on the screen, put the pointer on them, and instead of left clicking your mouse, right-click on it.

3. Hit "open"

Your file should open.

Cool - it does work, thanks! Would have liked to have seen a touch but having access back is a good thing!

Omg that is cruel....I saw that and was seriously saying to myself. They can't be serious are you kidding me. I guess they don't care that people are apart for hundreds of days, months, and even years. I hope you get approved. I have not had access even after loging in. I hope it works next week. Keep your head up...
