OH MY GOD!!!!!!! 24 DAYS?!?!?!??!?! :blink::wow::wacko: **FAINTS**

How on earth did you guys accomplish that? Did you put in an expedite or something????? Fill me in.... PLEASE, I beg you! That's AWESOME! I wish we were ALL that lucky! :(:crying:

we waited the whole 24 days, what is totally messed up because other people have to wait ridiculously long...

and more, it doesnt say anything for people still waiting

Greencard received-----------> January 23, 2010

I-751 Package sent-----------> November 28, 2011

Package received-----------> November 29, 2011

NOA-----------> November 29, 2011

04-17-2008 - Interview!!!

04-22-2008 - VISA IN HAND!

05-02-2008 - U.S. Entrance

06-14-2008 - MARRIAGE!

Phase 2....

06-19-2008 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP

06-26-2008 - AOS/EAD/AP NOA1

07-19-2008 - Biometrics

07-22-2008 - Transferred to CSC!

07-28-2008 - Email from CRIS confirming CSC received case

08-25-2008 - Received AP in the mail (NO STATUS CHANGE OR CRIS EMAIL)

08-29-2008 - Received EAD card in the mail (NO STATUS CHANGE OR CRIS EMAIL)

09-22-2008 - Received Email from CRIS for I-485 "CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!"

09-27-2008 - Received Green Card in the mail!

Phase 3....

06-29-2010 - Sent I-751 and package to Remove Conditions

07-06-2010 - NOA1

VSC got our NOA1 july 29th

and last updated day was August 1st

i dont have any touch yet

Im still waiting.....And according to my timeline I am over the time frame so come monday think I am going to make a call to the USCIS to check the status....Because I dont think they are opened today on a saturday. :whistle:

I am with you. But you know that. Let me know if there are any news. We are probably just on someone's desk sitting there and he/she is on vacation or sick leave or something. Once the 180 days are over I will be really worried though...

They will probably tell you that you are still within processing times as they will go by the date on the USCIS website which is currently March 08.

sadly there isn't much you can do until you are outside of the uscis processing times. hopefully they will receive a reply before they enter that timeframe.

Still waiting...but get this...

My fiance informs me today that he didn't put his PO BOX address on the I129f forms. He put his actual address so if any approvals are sent out they he won't receive them!!!

I feel like thumping my fiance very hard & we know we need to get this sorted 1st thing Monday but now I'm panicking ...we've waited over 6 months now. What if the NA02 has already been sent & we haven't received it? I've read on here that sometimes USCIS don't update but post NA02's.

If it's been returned to USCIS will it affect our application??? HELP!!! :wacko:

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

No, there's no mail box so he has a PO BOX at the post office :blush:
