I just noticed that, now that you mention it. I was at 109 this morning and now 140 tonight ???? You cannot put alot of faith in these lists are there are too many unknows from what I've been told, like one person was down to 39 and gets approved, but then another person gets approved at 161, so there is no commmon sense. i was watching every day like you and now this, does get depressing!!! hang in there, it will be like tax season and over soon..J

And just as an FYI - that is merely a fraction of application sent and being processed by the USCIS, Igors list comprises of VJ members only. There are far more people who are not members of this board and have applications in.

Goodluck to you and don't let that list stress you out.

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI

yes, but if the list is vj ONLY it still doesn't explain the move backwards unless people were updating their timelines en masse which is clearly not the case here.

You have mooved backwards due to the change in processing times. As it changed from 6mths to applications from March 08, all the petitions in between have been added back onto IGORS list.
