Hello,

We have not received the biometrics letter and have filed in January 2008. About a month ago I called the Vermont service center and was told that they were going to send me one. They even gave me a reference number and the actual EAC number. Well, nothing came. So, today I called and the lady did not want to hear about the previous call. She said that my appointment was in February for the biometrics. Something the gentleman from a month ago did not mention or did not see on the system. I explained that we have never gotten one. She kept quoting things from the letter, even though I told her that we have never gotten the letter. She said that I would need to check the ACS office page and call them for another appointment. Well, the ACS office page tells you to not show up without an appointment, let alone no biometrics letter to be stamped, etc... The ACS page tells you to call the national service center. I called the NSC again and got the same lady, lucky me. She told me the same thing again and then went to talk to a supervisor for a while as she did the first time. She came back to tell me, to do an infopass and as I explained to her that I was looking at the infopass, but I do not have a letter from them that tells me to do an infopass, etc... she started to laugh...

Ok, all this is fine.

Anybody has any ideas on what I should do?

Thanks,

Thanks,

You need to make an infopass appointment at you local office. You do not need a letter to make the appointment you just go to the website and make an appointment then print off the appointment letter and take that with you on the day of your appointment.

To make an infopass appointment click on this https://infopass.uscis.gov/info_en.php

They will be able to help you sort this all out.
