I-130 etc I'm totally confused I need help please!

Hello,

I have been reading everyone's post in as many threads as I can and I'm totally and utterly confused.

I would like to know if there is a form to fill out to bring my soon to be husband to the USA, (possibly May). I mean with this, is there one that doesn't take as long or are they all about the same? My fiancée is from Egypt and I have heard some horror stories. I see so many forms I can't think straight and want to know what I will have to do when I get there so I can be prepared.

I hope you can give me the information I have not been able to find in other places so this doesn't turn out to be a comedy of errors.

I appreciate any help anyone can give me in this journey of love.

I would go the K-1 route. Read the guides at the top of the page they are very helpful. It is possible that he could be able to be with you in May in you file now, but no guarantees. Hopefully someone else will come along who has experience with dealing with Egypt. Good luck with your journey.

I agree go the K1 route. The guides have everything in them that you need. If you need me to try and help you let me know. I may not remember everything but maybe could lead you where you want to go. Back in the day when Cairo was wicked they people on long AP's. My husband was here in about 9.5 months. Good luck!
