Help! Case moved from NE to CA?!!

Hello All,

I'm new to this website, I am in the process of completing K1 Fiance Visa, I sent all my forms and documents to Lincoln, NE and received an NOA1 saying that they have received my file and will begin processing. I got that about two weeks ago. Today I check my email and I get this:

...we transferred your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to an office in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office...

Why did they transfer it?? Is this normal? I live in WA state, so I was supposed to send to NE as it says on the I-129F. Is there something wrong?

I appreciate all of your help.

09-07-2007 | Biometrics Appointment

01-28-2008 | AOS interview-More evidence requested

02-07-2008 | AOS approved

02-19-2008 | Recieved Green Card in mail
