K-1 Package items check and help

i'm trying to make sure that Yoko and I have everything done for our I-129F package.

I have filled out these items...

I-129F

G-325A

Fiance letter of intent

Cover letter

I still need to get passport photos taken and write check for the fee. I did see somewhere that I need to send my birth certificate or copy of it and my passport... is this true?

Yoko has filled out

what else do I need?

Medical Exam in Japan 10-14-2009

Interview at American Embassy in Japan 11-2-2009

K1 Visa Received 11-5-2009

Yoko arrives to America 2-26-2010

Yoko and I finally get married 3-5-2010

Mailed I-485, I-131 & I-765 5-10-2010

NOA Received for I-485, I-131, & I-765 5-17-2010

Biometrics 6-11-2010

AP Approval Received 7-27-2010

EAD Card Received 7-30-2010

23/12/07 we spent 3 months together on the VWP

16/05/08 we spent another 3 months together on the VWP

05/08/08 last time we were together :(

19/11/08 I 129F received!!!!!! how long?

25/11/08 NOA1 received...woot!

08/01/09 TOUCHED

25/02/09 APPROVED

16/03/09 Packet 3 received

09/06/09 medical

10/06/09 IV 15 Mailed to embassy

16/06/09 packet 3 sent

24/06/09 packet 4 received

07/07/09 INTERVIEW!!!

07/07/09 visa application suspended, needing more documents...ugh!!!

10/07/09 further information couriered back to Embassy

20/7/09 VISA RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!

Letter of how you met in person within the last 2 years

you only need a birth certificate OR a passport copy... although I sent both just in case

divorce decree if any

proof of ongoing relationship - photos, emails, chats, travel tix together, etc - mine was like 100 pages long but Japan is not as hard as Vietnam, so you probably don't need to waste the printer ink :blush:
