I-130 NOA1: 4/24/2008

I-130 touched: 4/30/2008

I-130 NOA2: 9/22/08

Days from NOA1->NOA2: 151 days

I-129F sent: 5/6/2008

I-129F NOA1: 5/13/2008

I-129F touched: 6/20/2008

Congats, If you can post the details of interview at Chennai greatly appreciated as I have to go through the same consulate

I 130 received by vermont- 05-24-08

NOA1- 06-03-08 touch 10-03-08, 10-05-08

I 129F recieved -07-28-08

NOA1-08-13-08 Touch 08-16-08

I-130 and I-129F approved on 9th Jan

it takes some people a year or more in VSC! so I was just wondering why some people get approved while people who filed around the same time are still waiting! probably it the Natural Selection! :)

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!
