I still haven't received my NOA2 yet. I was just wondering if that means there is a problem. I have been looking at similar timelines like mine and it seems most people who have sent theirs around mine have gotten their NOA2 already. I am starting to panic and think something is wrong. The date keeps changing for when i am suppose to receive it should I call to find out or wait a bit longer. I am a big worry wart and it has stopped my fiancee from coming to visit me because we want to make sure he is home for his interview and make sure we have all our paperwork all ready to go. Don't want to make any mistakes. And what does touch mean?

There's no reason to panic - you're close to the finish line (according to your timeline) - you're almost there... (F)

No don't worry. Look at the June filer thread and at Igor's list. There are still many of us who are waiting. When have you last been touched?

A touch occurs when something is happening with your paperwork. Although from what I gather from other VJ'ers, the touches are not always registered on the website and when your case hasn't been touched, it's not always an indication that nothing is happening with it.

Dont lose hope. It'll happen for you soon.

Igor's list is here: http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/vsc.aspx . As for a June filer thread I haven't seen that yet myself. We filed in June and today received our 2nd NOA. Yours will be coming soon I'm sure. USCIS updated the site to show they touched our petition on 11-4-08 but didn't say a thing about it being approved...we didn't find that out until today when I got home and checked the mail.

Good luck with your journey!
