DS-230: what to do if you don't know your fathers whereabouts?

Timeline

My fiance doesn't know his fathers' current address, nor his phone number to ask him for said address. Is there another form we have to fill out explaining that we have no idea of where he is?

(04/25/08 - 04/29/08) - The first time Ashley and Arnold meet in person! Windsor was cold :(!

(05/22/08 - 05/27/08) - Ashley's second trip to Windsor.

(05/24/08) - Arnold proposes to Ashley at the Riverwalk, how romantic! Ashley's 19th birthday.

+(06/06/08) - I-129F sent to Vermont

(06/09/08) - Arnold's 18th birthday.

+(06/18/08) - NOA1 received by Ashley

(06/25/08 - 08/19/08) - Arnold visits Texas for the first time! Yeehaw!

(07/05/08) - Arnold is turned down by Ashley's father when Arnold asks for his permission/approval to ask Ashley to marry him.

+(10/14/08) - NOA2 Issued

+(10/21/08) - NVC Confirmation Issued

+(10/22/08) - NOA2 Received by Ashley

+(10/23/08) - NVC Confirmation received by Ashley.

+(11/11/08) - Packet 3 Recieved by Arnold. So close, I can almost taste itttt~

(12/18/08 - 01/06/09) - Arnold and Ashley's first Christmas and New Years together in Texas <3

(02/12/09 - 02/16/09) - Ashley visits Arnold in Canada for Valentines Day and Family Day.

(03/13/09 - 03/22/09) - Ashley visits Arnold in Canada for Spring Break :3

+(03/31/09) - Packet 4 Received with so little runway.

+(04/08/09) - Arnold's Interview date!!!

(07/10/09) - Arnold arrives in the US

~(08/14/09) - Marriage in Austin, together at last!~

I would just write unknown in those fields since it's the truth.

Im in the same situation..i just put an address where i think he might be living but not detailed..like i just put the name of town and city..and I put unknown in tel. #...

Feb. 25, 2008 -NOA1

July 26, 2008 -NOA2

July 31, 2008 - Package received ny NVC

Aug. 5, 2008 -Recieved by Montreal Consulate

Sept.12, 2008 -Packet 3 received

Sept.17, 2008 -Packet 3 sent

Dec. 12, 2008 -Packet 4 received

Feb 11, 2009 -interview

Feb 20, 2009 - K1 visa received

Feb 25, 2009 - US entry

March 18,2009- Wedding

AOS

April 9, 2009 - filed for application

April 15, 2009 - NOA received for I-1485,EAD, & AP

May 5, 2009 - Biometrics

May 26, 2009 - AP received

May 26, 2009 - card production ordered for EAD

June 5, 2009 - EAD received

July 7, 2009 - Interview appointment received

Aug 20, 2009 - Interview---approved

Sept 2, 2009 - Card recieved
