My fiance only sent me Form 1040, would the CO ask for the W2, because if they do I would be in trouble. Do I still need the W2? Thanks a lot for those who will reply.

I strongly suggest ask for his W2 just to be sure. The CO may or may not ask for it.

The pre-screener asked for my fiance's 2007 W2 'coz he only sent me the first page of his 2007 ITR.
