DS-156 , DS 156K , DS-157, AND I-134

I WOUNDER WHY THEY DIDNT SENT IT AND SHOULD I FILL IT AND SEND IT WITH THE REST OF THE FORMS?

Email or call the Embassy to ask them. I know each can be different, but we had to go online and fill out the DS-230.

That's right

They didn't send me the DS-230 and it is not mentioned in their checklist too. Maybe they will send it with Packet 4 or maybe you will fill it later on the interview.
