Hi all,

I'm getting ready to file I-751 and have one question please. Our Chase bank statement (5 years) shows more of my card usage than hers, she only makes deposits every month and some ATM withdrawals and I use it on almost everything. do you guys think it could be a problem? Thanks in advance and good luck to everyone.

Since you will want to file more than one statement - but not every statement - select the ones that shows when she has used the account the most. Marilyn is right - they do want to see it is a joint account - however, it doesn't hurt to show both of you using the account as well. It isn't unusual for one partner to be more involved in the financial matters and using an account more than another, so it shouldn't be a problem.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
