help NVC 3032 form and lawyer

I have been at NVC over a month and had used a lawyer that has been paid in advance up until this time. She has had my AOS bill for over two weeks and has not paid it. I was approved on 9/30. I have some questions. Can I resubmit a 3032 and finish this by myself? I can not find the form on this site. Once I do can my wife and son sign it and fax it back to me? Then what do I do just send it in to NVC? I am going to China to see my wife in a month and really need to get this straightened out quickly. Then once I get things I can get them done faster

DS 3032 is teh Agent of Choice, right?..if so, you could have done that via email. There is a template on this very site...just fill in the blanks, email to NVC, and they accept and process it just the same. Much faster, much easier.

Yes, it is choice of agent and I believe that my wife and son have to sign them.

I spoke with NVC directly about this annd they said as long as the emial comes from a legit email address they will accept the email.

Save yourself some time and have the person in China send the email template. And then call NVC to follow up that they have recieved it.

Do you have your case number? If so, print it out and send it in with the barcode that you can make through this website. Look in WIKI. It goes much much faster if you do it with the paper barcode. I sent both the email and the paper copy.

Also you should follow these instructions. They got me through NVC quickly and with no RFE's. This part is so simple that you should do it on your own if at all possible and not use a lawyer. Good luck!!!

The DS 3032 form in USCIS website looks like obsolete already, so what other friends here in Vj suggested me when I also asked about this was, just to send it through and email.

actually i just email it to:NVCINQUIRY@state.gov make sure u have ur automated response from them if not keep trying...but its ur choice if ur going to send it thru mail or email..what i did was email and after few days they reply to me....then contuniue with our process...

u can print the blank form from the NVC forms, have them fill it out and fax to you, you put the case number (even if written) and send ton to NVC and u can get your case number over the phone. Once its accepted pay your money thru the computer and your on your way (a lot cheaper)
