I134 + I129F Must be a perfect Match on Address?

I don't know if this issue would be different for the BKK embassy or not, but I thought maybe I should ask it in a general forum.

The woman that is helping my fiancee fill out her forms in Bangkok says that the info on the I-129F form and the I-134 must be exactly the same. My fiancee moved since we completed the I-129F, but she can still get mail at that old address.

Should we put her new address on the I-134? Or should we keep using the old one?

OR I could attach and addendum and list prior and current? I have no idea, but I have heard that the BKK embassy is picky about having things just so...

Address can change on the I-134. What they want is the person who filed the I-129F to also provide the I-134. Petitioner MUST be primary sponsor.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Right, there's no issue with the address. Just use the most current one where mail can be received. The petitioner provides the I-134 and the intending immigrant's address doesn't appear on the I-134 anyway.

Yes, there is a space on the I-134 for her address. It's item 3:

"This affidavit is exectued on behalf of the following person:"

and it says

"Presently resides at (Street and Number)"

I guess my eyes are no good today. Put her present address. It doesn't have to match the I-129F. People are allowed to move.

I think if she still get mail from the old address. No need to change it. Because they didn't do anything about her address. Just to send her Packet3 and Packet4 back to her.

If she still get mail from the old address just keep it simple and easy for them.

Good Luck

Toma1 - I replied in sawasdee forum. Rin moved; used new address on I-134; not an issue. We had copies of old and new house registration, but didn't need them.
