Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions about the interview process. I filed my I130 on March 27, 2008 and got my NOA1 on April 1. I am hoping that we will get an approval soon. I am in the US and my wife and step daughter are in Romania. My first question is will my step daughter be required to be at interview? (she is 14) My second question is if I go to Romania to be with my wife for her interview will I be allowed in? This is an aewsome site and it has helped us so much. thank you everyone for your information and help

1-- Yes your step daughter has to be present during the interview, she might also be asked question, regarding how much she knows you.

2-- You will have to emai US consulate in Romania to verify if they allow USC spouse to be there during the interview or not.
