yes..prism is where she will go to have the seminar and get the certificate..then she will bring that said certificate to the CFO and her have passport stamped...

N400 Timeline:

4/14/12- 3rd yr as PR

1/17/12- mailed packet

Biometrics-- waived

4/25/12- interview- passed & took my oath the same day!!-- US Citizen!!!

My N400 Journey took 3months & 8days!:)

PRISM is one of two organizations that handled the seminar for fiance's and spouses that CFO requires. Attendance at this is needed first. Then the beneficary must go to CFO. Both are required.

What's the difference too from PRISM and SMEF-COW? Do we have to select from these 2 agencies to attend the seminar?

These are two accredited counselling bodies by the the CFO. Often people go to Prism in Manila because it's nearer CFO.
