we submitted the papers(ds-230 and civil documents) to the nvc a couple of months ago.they sent us a checklist letter indicating the missing documents.

the missing documents were sent back and the NVC sent the approval letter telling that the papers are complete.

but las tnight i tried calling the NVC and i was surpirsed to hear that it still said a checklist letter has been sent and we are awaiting the response.

it usually takes about 2 weeks from the date when the documents are submitted to the tim when the case is completed.

what should i do in order to get information about the status of the case?should i talk to the operator???

or it takes longer to get the f4 cases completed.
