Hi VJ community,

My fiance has a concern, like a lot of people, it seems like at every step of the process we encounter a setback, at the Medical Exam they saw something suspicious on my wife's X-ray and we were setback two months for further testing , we are about a month away from finding out the results and she and myself included, are worried that they could come up with another test which would further delay our already unbearable situation. Is there anyone who can tell us whether or not we can expect to receive anymore tests? as always you comments are of great comfort to us.

Jan/24/08 - RFE (incorrect amount sent)

Feb/01/08 - correct amount sent

Feb/06/08 - NOA1 received

Jul /03/08 - RFE (Evidence of meeting)

Jul /17/08 - visa stamped page sent

Aug/14/08 - NOA2 Approved!!!

Sep/22/08 - Medical (pending sputum)

Sep/29/08 - 3 days sputum collection

Oct/02/08 - interview (to be re-sched. by saint luke)

Dec/08/08 - medical Approved!!!

Dec/22/08 - interview APPROVED!!! YAHOOOO!!!

Jan/01/09 - visa in hand!!!

Jan/14/09 - Arrived on U.S.A ( Idaho)

Jan/21/09 - married!!!

Additional tests may or may not be required. It will all depend on the result of your/fiancee's medical exam.

June 29, 2007 - Temporary Green Card

May 30, 2009 - Priority Mail with Confirmation Receipt I-751 Packet

June 1, 2009 - Packed Received by USCIS around 4PM (per USPS Confirmation Delivery Receipt) - now, what's next?

June 2, 2009 - I-797C Receipt Date (Time 21:07....are they operating 24 hours???)

June 3, 2009 - Cashed Check/Bank Cleared

June 4, 2009 - USCIS Postage Date

June 5, 2009 - Local Post Office Receipt date (so, its been sitting on our mail box in house #2 for 5 days...)

June 11, 2009 - Got it! 1 year extension notice......

June 18, 2009 - Received Biometrics schedule

July 10, 2009 - Biometrics Day (cancelled/re-sched)

July 23, 2009 - Biometrics day

November 2, 2009 - Approved

November 5, 2009 - Received via Mail "Approval Notice"

Waiting for actual GC

it depends after the 2mos. results. if your wife is negative with TB then she can proceed with immunization but if she's positive, then she'll have to finish the 6mos.treatment or until she's clear with TB...let's just hope that your wife's result is okey & g00dluck! :)
