Removal conditional Greencard - address change question

Hello,

I am applying for my wife to remove the Condition on Residence (I-751 form). Here's the issue, since she has got her conditional greencard, we have been living in an apartment (notice of change was informed to INS), however, I have a house about 50miles away from my apartment where I go and live on weekends. For IRS, I use my home as a permanent address not an apartment address since I am paying for mortgages, and house taxes.

In the I-751 form, there is a question, "Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident? (if yes, attach a list of all addresses and dates.)?" My wife's Greencard was came to the apartment address.

I am confused if I should answer to "Yes" or "No" to this questions.?

P.S:- I have majority of hte "proof of documents" shows my apartment address, however, my car title, and policy coverage shows my house address.

I'll appreciate if you can provide your feedback.

Perhaps write no and explain that you have two properties, the one in which you live and the other which you visit regularly, thus the two different addresses. Are the tax returns joint returns? If so, they would also tie your wife to the house as well as the documents you have tying her to the apartment. If in doubt, explain!
