Interview/Medical Exam CR-1

Timeline

I'm American my soon to be husband is Italian. Where will the interview and medical exam take place in America or in Italy? and do I need to pay an application fee for the 129F if I will pay for the I-130?

01-17-09: Married

04-19-09: Sent I-130

04-22-09: NOA 1

08-10-09: NOA Approved

08-27-09: Received DS-3032

08-27-09:Paid Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fees

08-31-09: Return Completed DS-3032 (by email)

Timeline

Interview will be held in Italy.

If you are also filing i-29f along with your i-130 then you become K-3 filler not a CR-1 filler, and no, you don't have to pay anymore fee for i-129f given you are going through k-3, but there will be a 1000 dollar AOS fee for k-3 which CR-1 doesn't have.
