Need info for I134, I am self employed with a corporation and need some clarification. I have 3 yrs transcripts but also receive 1099 from my payer. does embassy accept 1099's. my 1099 income is different from my income reported on taxes because i pay my own taxes, and the tax preparer did it this way. Anyone who has been through this let me know please. Also should I have a letter with my corporation info and how much I gross for the year.

first, if you have a corporation, why are you getting 1099's ? the people you work for should write a check to your company and you should be paying yourself a salary. I would write a letter stating the date you started the business and the nature of your work. explain that it is a full time business (if it is ).and what your salary is per month or year. then I would gather your last tax return and include it with your I-134...make sure its signed. make sure you include a letter from your bank as descibed in the instructions for the form.

The tax transcripts are fine by themselves.

You only need 1099's if you supply copies of the returns.
