I'm alittle worried about these first forms.

I-130, G-325a (dont want lawyer...I'm just a college student)

I had a sorta screwed up a COLOR SET of G-325a. Went online instead to print off and complete...but did hear rumors that the USCIS is ####### about that.

So I cut out the little strips that show the NUMBER and RED LETTERING of where to send it...the different colors. And stapled the matching colors with the matching white forms (from the internet). yeah i know its wierd.

Also my I-130 is double sided. Both pages are the same sheet. Sending them 2 original filled out forms and also 1 for me and 1 for the wife...(records)

USCIS, Me, and Wife are keeping (1 original filled out/signed G-325a set thats 5 pages) So she has mine...and I have hers.

REGARDS to the G-325a

1. We are dating the SIGN date the same

2. making sure out PHOTOS attached are dated the same

3. The photos show our whole face, and ears, as appears on the passport we have.

4. Its that 1 inch chin to head rule...maybe like 1 1/4 inch

5. Her g-325a where needed...is matching with mine.

6. We filled out the part OTHER (I-130, CR1)

7. Didn't abbreviate ANYTHING...attached a separate sheet typed...if not enough room (signed and dated each one same as me) each G-325a

My G-325a is alittle odd.

1. I'm adopted (Naturalized and had different legal name)

2. Have had to attach another sheet for both RESIDENCE and WORK Listings.

3. I retired from the USAF Medically July 2 2007 at a very young age...family couldn't help and I didn't have college yet.

4. So I was hoping around from job to job and place to place...whereever the better money was. Some places I don't have a lease aggreement.

5. I stayed with friends. Moved closest to my job at that point. Was leaving jobs cause I went into high demand positions with no education or experience in them.

Went to see fiance June 30-August 15. Married July 31st.

Thing is I didn't wana get stuck with a huge lease and no where job....when college started after my marriage.

But now I'm stable.

Signed 6 month lease at apartment 1 mile from college.

Have VA Disability and Adjustment Living Pension coming ($17000 yearly/tax free)

College is Paid for 100%.

Going to 17 college credit hours. (Nursing)

also not mentioning my $6500 made this year after taxes from work.

1. How do i get around the RESIDENCE and WORK issue?

2. Will they accept my VA Disability...cause I'm not allowed to work right now.

3. Tax Return won't reflect the INCOME NEEDED TO SUPPORT. I recieve a huge majority from the VA. Not taxable.

You may have wanted to post this to the CR-1/IR-1 forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=110

Start here: :guides:http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide1

Also USCIS is not ####### about the G-325A, it can be on plain white paper, just fill in page one of the PDF and then print all four pages.

She is 22 and I'm 21. We meet the poverty guidline. I make like $14000 a year tax free with my disability alone. And the Living Expense Pension (VA gives for college)...or my GI Bill is more than enough. Or I could work making just an extra $4000 a year....which isn't hard. Especially in the summer.

I met the guidline for 2008.

I will for 2009.

i need to know if I'm doing things correctly.

hi looks like everything is good!

submit just a photocopy of your marriage contract, naturalization certificate, birth certificate, passport ...

they only need photocopies at the USCIS...

read the guides on this site also for CR1/IR1..

your affidavit of support will be needed on the later part of this process..

since you are retired military member maybe this military helpline can help you speed up ur process:

You might want to run your financial questions by a visa information specialist at the Dept. of State. You will have plenty of time to do that after you've filed your petition. Just expect to wait ten or fifteen minutes to talk to someone. My son submitted proof of his VA education benefits with his I-134, as he had been studying at an American University abroad and was not allowed to work per the terms of his visa. He was told by a visa specialist to write a letter and have it notarized explaining his financial situation, especially why he wasn't required to file taxes in 2007. I don't think he mentioned his disability, as it is only 10% (and he doesn't like the word disability). In the letter he wrote he also explained that he had nine more months of education benefits left, should he choose to use them in the future. You may need a co-sponsor, especially since you are a student and this is an immigrant visa. You have a few months to figure this out before your petition gets to the National VISA center, so relax and concentrate on the package you are submitting. Being a nursing student is a good sign that you will be able to support your wife, as nurses will always be in demand.
