I have been searching everyone's timelines and yes most have already had paperwork generated at the NVC. You are beyong the normal timeframe which seems to be about 5-7 days from CSC and VSC to NVC. Most do not have to wait 2 weeks...there have only been a few cases in the past waiting 2-4 weeks. For the I-129F petition NVC says to wait 2-4 weeks. Do not let them tell you 90 days...this is for I-130 petitions. I would recommend calling NVC again and ask to speak to a supervisor...you must be persistant with the operator to be able to speak to a super. Ask if you can send them you approval notices. I would also recommend emailing NVC. Before the NVC will be willing to investigate what happened to your petitions you must wait 4 weeks...again do not let them tell you 90 days...that is bull. I do not know how things work at the CSC but I know that the VSC also requires you to wait 4 weeks before they will investigate. After 4 weeks you need to get a letter from the NVC stating that they have not received you petitions. Then you need to send this letter to CSC. The CSC will then investigate and verify whether your petitions have actually been sent to NVC. If not then the CSC can resend. However, you are so close to 4 weeks which will be 11/4/08 I think. I would start now...contact your Congressmen. They can get the details that you may not be able to get. You are a week ahead of me being in this black hole but I am already having my Senator investigate. Hopefully you will get a case number with NVC soon. Good Luck!
