So there I was at the store sending some money to my fiance and had a little talk with the store owner. To make the story short. He said that I cannot use the calling cards that I used for evidence. Is this true? The calling cards I'm using is call ESCANDALOS and I manage to get copies of the phone bills history just for this reason. I mean I got stacks of it here and ready to be send in with the I-129F. I even kept the used calling cards. Tell me this is not true. :crying:

Here's a copy of one of the billing history

Take a deep breath and don't start off the process by listening to a store owner who is clueless (does he think he's an immigration attorney on the side?)

Copies of your phone bill history from the calling card will be just fine. Don't send stacks of anything. Stick to proof of having met in the past 2 years and proof of ongoing relationship and try to relax. You have a long way to go and there will be plenty of time for worrying!!!

Yeah, your getting ahead of yourself. At filing all you need is to prove you have met in the 2 years prior to your petition, your both free to marry and you have the intent to marry.

Later, when the interview comes is when you will need proof of an ongoing relationship. If your phone card documents the number you called then it is proof that you are communicatiing. If it does not then it isn't of much use.

Not to disagree with anyone but this is an ongoing process so yes it is unnecessary for the I-129F but so is the fiancés birth certificate and yet I received an RFE for my fiancés birth cert. It’s all up to the person who looks at your file.

Next: you do need proof at her interview of an ongoing relationship and it did not look like that phone bill shows where the calls go to. If she comes from an area of high visa fraud you may want a better receipt Thus; I switched to T3 because it shows both my # and her # so it is hard to argue with that and yes they charge allot more for the privilege.

Phone records are an overkill in my estimation - for the petition you just need to submit proof of having met - nothing more. At the time of the interview you need to provide proof of ongoing relationship - my fiance just took 5 emails and 5 chat records - nothing more - and they only looked at one email for a few seconds! Good Luck

My fiance now my husband used the phone2asia phone card. It it rechargeable and it will show your full name, home address, home phone number and your email address. And also will show your fiancee's country name, her phone number, date and time when you call her. One good proof on your ongoing relationship on your fiancee's interview.

You can check out the website at: www.phone2asia.com

 I agree with others members' advice!
