Hi all,

I am new here, and have just filed the K-1 for my Australian fiance- I decided to file this petition with a lawyer that specializes in K-1/K-3 visas and it has been great- there are so many things to do and consider when filing this Visa that I thought it be best to got through a lawyer so far so good! He sent my application in the 16 of October and they received it the 20 October now I am just waiting for the NOA1 and receipt number....

Just want to know the experiences any of you have had with the consulate in Sydney? Where my fiance interview would be?

Any other advise is welcome!

US Entry : 2009-04-26 tickets bought!
