I got a letter from my Congressman that they will start looking into my case asap and gave me a case number. Yippee!!! :dance: I'm so happy!! This is the first bit of hope/help I've gotten in 7 months of silence. Now maybe I can visit my honey, when I get back we may hear something! I'm so happy just to see any sign of hope, or sign of life in my case!

What does that mean? the congressman will look into it or USCIS will? Did it say anything about pending background checks?

This just means the congressman will look into it. They havent come up with any news yet. I know this is nothing to be excited about but I happy someone will actually help me. I never got a response from my senator so I am just happy someone acknowledged me finally. :wacko:

That's great that they are helping you. I'm waiting for a response from my congressman right now. Your noa date is close to mine, so hopefully things will start moving soon!!

im having a pitty party for myself today...........this morning i got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled my complete mouth hurts ssssssssssssssssssssssssooooooooooooooooo bad

In more weird news...we got another touch today. That makes 4 touches since last Friday and one was on a Federal holiday. We've been touched every day this week.

Even though Rahm Emanuel has moved on to a different job, his former staff is still occupying and working in the office of his previous job as congressman. They will continue to staff the congressional office until a new congressman is elected.

So don't worry. Continue trying to contact his former congressional office.

awww, i'm sorry! (F) ouch! i just back from the dentist myself. got a crown. 2 weeks ago got my temp. crown n the week before that, root canal. (all from an abscess i had, now that hurt!) what hurt more was the bill for all that, $1500. so tired of the dentist!

I'm sorry tho, i heard all 4 wisdom teeth out is verrry painful!!

they seem to be doing work on yours and Corinthians cases! Gee whiz, can't they just send out your approvals already!

hang in there jokalu! I have no word on my case, just that they will look into it and i should have a word in 30 days. so they say...I can't wait to get my first touch.

I think if i ever get my noa2 i will die of shock!

I wonder if I'm in checks? I googled my full name once and i have the same name as a porn star! :o haha
