Hey Sara - so happy to see you got a touch!

I keep checking back here all the time waiting for those precious words we are all waiting to hear that you finally got approved.

As for his hair transplant, people can be very self concious about small things that other people do not even notice. If it makes him feel better why not. And I don't think its that drastic. Its just like getting a skin graft.

Are you still planning to move to India?

Hugs and prayers for you,

Wendy

"... my senator's office...."

oops... I meant congressman. errrrg! I get that mixed up all the time. I contacted a senator first who ended up referring me to the congressman cause I didn't know what I was doing

I feel for ya... But right now you don't need me to tell you how injust everything is, what you need to know is that it WILL come to an end, your approval is close now. I've also been told that, when I was almost losing patience, so I am saying this to ya now: you will soon be out of the woods and from there on, the road is very smooth. We just got our NOA2 April 22nd and yesterday my fiance called NVC and found out our papers are on their way to Bucharest already. He was shocked beacuse of the speed, and because he actually got to talk to a live person who was extremely nice.

Sara, I have no idea about American procedure, but isn't there any possibility that they just give an explanation as to why you are being checked so much ???

im so happy that everything is going so smoothly for u now, and cant wait to read that ur interview is done and that you passed!!!!!!!!!

to answer ur question no there really is not anything that we can do to get even an intelligent answer out of them, we are not criminals, we are normal people going about our daily lifes i think our file is just sitting and doing nothing as one supervisor told us.

sara

I'm also so happy that things are going smooth for you!

I agree Sara, people on this site are great, down-to-earth, and very kind and supportive! Wish I had more time to be on the site more! Always keeping everyone in my thoughts!

well he has an appointment towards the end of may for it, im sure he wont mind if the noa2 came and he had to give up that appointment lol

ok i want everyones opinion........one night he came for chat after many months and gave me web cam......he had so much hair, i thought he had a wig on and i said take it off he said i cant its real, well we have been sort of disagreeing over this as i called it wig he finally owned up and said sara i had a hair transplant u know where they take it from the back of ur head........now i under stand that some men can really be upset when their hair starts going at an early age, but i feel he should have talked to me about it before doing something thats for ever am im being wrong about this i mean i told him after finding that out ok if u did this for urself then i will learn to live with it and i will get used to it but seriously he was good looking before doing something like......i dont understand the need to do something that drastic

sara

Sara, I really think you are close to your approval. They might have done something terribly wrong in your file, but trust them that they'll fix it !

As for what Perviz did, my opinion is that things like this do not necessarily require prevous talking to the partner...Don't waste your time talking about things like this, when you are both so overwhelmed with this K1 process!

Praying for you! (L)

Ok...so Sara...you have a touch!! This means you are NOT a lost cause, right? If they touch your case, they have your file, it's not lost. This is what I always told myself when I we had about 10 touches!! and then we got approved.

They are looking into your case.... When you finally get your approval, we'll have a VJ party!

Virtual champagne, cake & all good things! :star:

ohhhhhhh i would love that

sara

What happened with Pervis' visitor visa? Any news?

Dont let it get u down... he is still the same guy you are in love with! hair comes and goes but how you feel about each other is what matters! (L)

:D lol it was just such a shock next time he comes for chat with web cam i will have to take a pic so that i can get used to seeing him like that, ur right he is still the same guy, and im sure i should have been way more supportive of this hmm improvement:? i think if he had warned me before hand instead ta da what do u think sort of thing i would have had time to prepare myself, and im sure it was painful.

thank you, u guys are right about perviz hair i just was shocked i think and focused on that rather than this visa process.

sara

On the other hand, Sara, I'm not saying you should focus on the visa process alone...What I was saying: people when are overwhelmed with issues (visa, your health, moving to India) tend to quarrel and say things they don't really mean. So just be aware, please, not to allow these little devils to jump in.

your right about that normally we dont have to big of arguments, i wont say we never have had cuz that would be a lie. but being upset all the time and tense over this process sure makes it easier to make a mountain out of a mole hill at times.

you guys have been great with ur responses and it has helped me alot!!!!!!

last night i was feeling pretty stupid for allowing this issue to take over my ability to rationalize lol today im ok with it, just not to seeing him with all that hair.

Wow, guys, I'm so happy for you all, really! When somebody is out of this topic it sounds like the best news!

My fiance is coming to visit me tomorrow, we haven't seen each other for almost four months! All I want is to turn my computer off forever and never touch it again. Just so tired of all this stuff. I wish we wouldn't talk about Uscis while he is here, want to forget it as a terrible dream. I know that even if I open that damn page again in a month it still will be showing the same picture, with no touches or anything new.

dont feel stupid...i was upset when my fiance shaved his head! i was like, no! why'd u do that? (i dont like shaved heads!) my sister's ex shaved his head once too n she was practically in mourning for a couple weeks! haha. it grows back too, so to see something so different n permanent must be a shock! What if you got a chin implant or something random like that, then he goes online and just sees this new weird big chin, haha, he'd be like, what did you do?? lol. well i enjoyed your post cause i'm like that too n its ok to focus on things other then waiting n waiting!
