You still have time to send the original form to your husband if he hasn't submitted things yet.

Hi there!

I did the same way that you do. But you know what for a very small mistakes it takes us like 2 months delayed to resubmit our papers again. The signature should be original. If I were you send it in the snail mail it will only takes like a week or so for him to get your mail. If your fiancee or spouse already send the documents they will send back to you the document and they will asked for a real signature from you. Fill up another g325-a and send him thru snail mail as soon as you can. I hope I help you with this, I know its very confusing. Goodluck!

We did the same thing. I typed the papers here, sent them in email to her, she signed, scanned and emailed back same day. We did not receive an RFE for this. Good luck.

This is true. The signature has to be hand written. They returned ours becuase I accidently sent the copy of the G325A rather than the origional and we got an RFE.

My husband signed all of it,my signature wasn't that hard though so he copied it like it's really mine -i know it was a bit of a suicide coz we might have gotten RFE but thank goodness it didn't happened.
