Hello/Esalaams!

Just a quick hi to everyone ... after I donnow how long without Internet .... and going from one doctor to next ... being sick then better, Eid and everyone coming to see my son!

Again thank you for all the emails and SMSs. All so so sweet!

My son is getting better from his jaundice elhamdullah since we are taking him to foto therapy. But they have found out 2 new things: 1, fungal infection on his little pee pee that they said stemmed form the hospital he was born in ... what a surprise. It looks like very bad diaper rash but only on his pee pee. He is suffering, crying all night long but I am praying the cremes and tonics are working. 2, They found irregularity in his heartbeat ... going throu whole load of tests for this! Trip to France up in the air ... since no papers yet ... and we will only go if his tests come back saying that something is wrong with his heart.

My hemmoraging stopped, but went back several times for re-stitch ... seemed like I will be in line for one of the "nice" vaginplasty (OMG I cannot believe I am saying that) they do in France! Not to mention numerous internal infections I will not speak of here. :crying:

I had way too much sh** from the ppl here almost to the point I almost called it quits with the husband ... but some friends, foreigner who are like my family here came to visit me ... really one special lady who pulled me thou/which put me straight... I took a breathe ... had loud music blasting, screaming, crying, running throu all the motions :crying:

Special hello to Kathleen, how have you been? I tried calling you but everytime I try it just rings and rings... finally eats up my card so I gave up! SORRY! I pray for you daily ...

Also hello to Dorothy, Jen, Noura, Karima, Staash, Moody, Amal and all the bunch! :star:

Henia,

Thank you so much for the update. It seems like you have your hands full - I am sending positive wishes your way for a speedy recovery for you and your little boy. You have been through so much since you got to Algeria that I am hoping that you can leave that place in a very near future and get away from all the stress and problems and get a proper care for you and your precious boy.

My thought are with you. Please let me know if there is anything that we can do to help.

Much love,

Dorothy

Thanks for the update. We have all been wondering how you are. I'm sorry to hear what you have gone through, and God bless this woman that helped you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your baby. It sounds like there are still issues to work out. Have you had an opportunity to see if they can expedite things, especially considering the babys heart? Are things getting better with the hubby and family?

Please take good care of your baby. The coroner told me that it may have been something with his heart as well 2 weeks ago. Do not wait to do something about his health. If you have to sit there in the lobby of the hospital 24 hours a day, do it.

I am ok and then not ok then ok then not ok. I have been in the middle of 4 days of not ok. Remember when you call it says PLEASE HOLD AND THE PHONE WILL REACH ME. Call me from France when you go there and I can call you back with skype.

I am not all there the last couple of days. I am clinically depressed( as opposed to garden variety depression like over losing a job) The problem with grief is you can only go THROUGH it. There is no way around it. Just take care of your baby,Henia. The rest of everyone else do not matter. And I miss my baby every day and NO its not getting better. I just cry less. But I am dead.

Love you Kat
