Hello, my fellow VJ! We are on the 3rd month waiting for our NOA2, hopefully and by God`s grace we can have our NOA2 next month. I wonder if I still have to pay the Documents Verification, I have read some posts here saying that there is no more DV, how reliable is that.? Is there any one of you who have done their medical and interview and have n`t asks for DV. I am planning to pay DV if it still needed since we are running on the 4rth month of our NOA2 , and I have heard that late paying of DV can cause visa delays, etc. Please kindly inform us if we still have to pay for DV. Thanks in advance . Godspeed!

DV apparently has been removed by USEM (See the threads) WHat USEM is asking are the NSO copies of your birth certificate, marriage certificate (if married), and CENOMAR (for singles) or CENMAR (for married)

You can pay DV just to be sure (I've been reading reviews regarding interview at USEM and pre-screener asked for the P650 receipt for DV)...

I'm still waiting for the letter from USEM before I can call for an appointment and I'm planning to pay the DV...

HI sis! since DV is only temporarily suspended, good decision is to pay as soon you have your MNL#. As everyone said, won't hurt and keeps you out of worries.

Thank you guys for all the suggestions. We`ll just pay DV whether its temporarily suspended or not so it won`t give us any problems in the future. Anyways, as you have said it won`t hurt..." Sensya na umandar na naman ang pagtitipid ng LOLA nyo. LOL!!! Thanks again and God bless us all!!!!

Naku! i read a thread here na wala na DV. Shucks interview ko na in 2 weeks di pa ko nagbabayad....panick :crying:

Hi,pinkmink...I guess as others suggested here it`s better to pay DV, rather than it cause you more delays. Who knows they might asks you that DV, and you haven`t show any receipt.Better pay it now before it`s too late. As others said, 650 its just a few amount compare to the delays it will cause you if there is still DV.... Good luck! anyway on your interview. Godspeed!

They are right, Net. DV is still needed and it depends on the CO to wait for the DV or not. Just have the documents ready just in case the CO assigned to you won't require the DV anymore.

Hello is it possible to pay the Delbros too soon? Should one wait until the DS-230 has been approved or just pay it when you do have the case number? Will Delbros keep record of payment even if there are no documents to approve until the DS-230 has been approved?

Pay as soon as you have your Manila or MNL case number...the MNL case number will be the reference number Delbros will use in reference to your payment.
