MEDICAL EXAM!!!! PLEASE HELP SOUTH AFRICA!!!

Okay I am a longgg way off from my fiance getting his interview, but I just looked at the places he can get a medical exam and I am freaking out. He lives in Cape Town and all the medicals say Joburg. The problem is Joburg is a 4 hour flight and he has a job. He can't leave work to leave work again and again for a medical and then the interview. Money is involved and not to mention if we have to buy two flights to Joburg then 1 to the US!!! Things will be almost impossible and I am really upset. Can anyone help who knows anything about South Africa and Cape Town???!!!! Thank you so much!

I have the name of a few doctors in Capetown for you. Ill send them to you when i get home. If you have any other questions just ask ok.
