No need passport pics unless filing from overseas.

Looking good on everything!

Don't put child in Part 5 if he's a USC.

Looks great.

If you can find the paper the original green card came attached to, they would like that too. If not, dont'worry.

Any bills with both your names on it would help as well.

Good luck.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

What about copies of bills in both your names? ie: gas, electric, phone ect. Or even bills in one name showing common address.

Yes, you do need to send jointly filed tax returns.

ETA: You need to show evidence from AOS until the present.

All our utilities are in my name alone, but they (obviously) do show our address.

On the tax returns, I should send both '07 and '08? My wife's green card is dated 01/17/07.

Then you would only have '06 and '07 returns, correct? BTW tax transcripts are easiest to send. I phoned for ours and had them less then a week later.

Aside from the tax transcripts already mentioned, I would add a joint bank statement from earlier in the marriage. We included one for each year we had each account. They are looking to see that you did not just open the account for purposes of the I 751 filing.

I second both transcripts & addtl statements. We had joint bank account since Jul 06 - filed removal of condition in late 07, we included statements from diff months since we had the joint accounts. Same thing with other accounts, you might want to include the prev statements to show that you did not open these joint accounts just for immigration purpose.
