Interview Sched for December

Hi, vjs my wife called NVC last tuesday october 14 and ask the status of our case..NVC received our RFE corrections for ds230 last friday October 10, 2008, when my wife talked to the operator, our case still being reviewed and interview slots for november is done...may I ask everyone here with the same case, did the NVC assign interview date when the case is complete? do I have a chance to reunite with my family this Christmas? encouragement are very much appreciate, I'm so anxious and cant wait to see my family its been ang long journey..my son is 5 year old now..here is my time line:

oooo i thought ure already scheduled for december... congrats in advance coz soon ur case will be finish... is it really true,NVC is done scheduling for November interview? my gulay... my case is still pending, but i hope i can get to december interview too....

dont worry im sure u will be reunited with ur family before christmas, just depend on ur interview.. and me,im just hoping to be reunited with my hubby on new years since we dont have christmas...

Hi, oo wala ng interview slots for November, kakatawag lang ulit ngayon ng wife ko sa NVC nirereview pa daw ung case namin, and give them 2 to 4 weeks to review our case..sna December my interview na tayo noh..kainis talaga..Lets pray ulit..sana matapos narin case mo..salamat ah sa pagbibigay ng lakas ng loob..hirap kasi kalagayan ko ako lang naiwan eh..

My husband called October 14th (7:30 ET) and he was told that our case was indeed complete and there may be a possibility of getting an appointment for late November still. He was told to call again this Friday. So, there may still be a few November schedules left for us. Of course, an early December won't hurt too. I also want to be done before mid-December so I can enjoy the holidays more. Don't know how easy it would be for you to get a flight out of Manila on short notice though, but if you are that adamant, you should be able to join your family in time for the holidays.

Hello, muzta na status mo? saken di pa natawag wife ko sa nvc eh..complete na kaya case ko? sabi ko tom. siya tumawag..nga pala lam mo na ba mga dadalhin document sa interview? tips naman jan oh..October 20 na tom..sana man lang may development na..October 10 (friday) nareceived ng NVC yung RFE corrections eh..sabi mo 1 week isama ko ba sa bilang yung sat. & sunday?

Hello guys!

Do you think with the way my processing is doing, matatapos na kaya NVC case ko by November? and then will I get a December interview? I'm worried since December is kinda short since there are many holidays for that month. But I really do hope to get an interview by December. What do you think? My husband and I just keep on talking about this whole thing whenever we chat. We just talk business and forget about making lambing while chatting heheheh. hay. i'm excited!

hello.... case ko,kainis hdi p napass ng asawa ko AOS nya kasi hdi pla sya nakapagfile ng 2007 kasi wait p nya SSN ko para makafile sya,pero inaayos nman nya need lng nya copy nung extension filed nya.. try to call NVC na if naenter na ung AOS m.. i hope complete na case mo...

Yup we paid everything online. Now my IV status says PAID! My hubby is yet to submit the AOS and he's waiting for my DS-230 which is on it's way via DHL. He will still have my mom-in-law notarize the I-864A so hopefully as soon as he receives my package he could already send everything to NVC. How long do they usually process the AOS and DS-230? I'm really praying hard not get any RFE's! Please please pray for us. Thanks!

Hello guys,

Nakakainis. Akala ko plantsado na lahat. My husband just called NVC and he was informed that we have an RFE. He has to correct the info he placed on parts 5 and 6 of the 864. At least no more added documents needed. Just the corrected 864 form. He already sent the corrected form as soon as he learned about it. We will be expecting NVC to receive it on Thursday, US time. We will try to check on Friday if they have received it and if our case is already closed. Hopefully, hopefully it's going to be closed this week or if not early next week. So who already has interview dates already? thanks!
