Thanks very much. Yeah i now need to plan 2 trips to London but hey its definitely worth it. All i'm waiting on is the I-134 affidavid of support from Courtney and her dad who is co-signing. They have sent all the information to our lawyer in Denver who is putting everything together, sending it back to Courtney and her dad to sign then send to me here in Scotland. Hopefully this won't take too long.

Did you send back the packet 3 stuff before you physically had everything you needed for the interview?

Yes I did, Steven already had his tax returns etc and just had to Notarise his I-134, I also had the police certificate etc; so to save time I sent it all back before I actually had everything (in my own two hands) that they needed.

Sounds like you both have a competant Lawyer also!, usually competant Lawyers are a pain the ####### to find.

Competant lawyer hmm I think the lawyer is acting on what I send her in my e-mails ha ha and the only reason I know what roughly to do is because of VJ which I cannot praise enough. The site itself is easy to use and the people who are on it are nothing short of brilliant.

I think I will send back my packet 3 as well without the actual I-134. Im guessing my interview would not be for another 3 or 4 weeks minimum anyway so I should have plenty time to get the stuff from Courtney and her dad.

Stuart :)

Hi Gordon

Liam here, Kara'a fiance, well i am just back from the USA...had planned to go there for 88 days on touist visa to see how things went and then apply for vise,, but on arrival in the USA i was denied entry and sent back home....

I know we now need to fill out the K1 visa for me to get back in the country, my email to you is what are the first steps we take?

I know Kara has to fill out forms at her end in order that the application is open, but am not sure what documents i need to send her for her to apply.

I know you have been through this process and have been very helpful in the past. i am gathering you have not been denied entry though.....

Hope fully i will hear back from you when you have a minute, my email is asprea6@hotmail.com i would be grateful for any help or information with regards your application process.

Thanks Liam
