mm let me ask u tho did u ever get the email saying approved? i never did, im hoping for the hard copy of the 2 this week

I did not receive an approval notice by email too. I thought may be something wrong with my account, I reviewed it few times, no clue why I did not receive an email notice. It did not take long to get the notice by mail (about 4 days!). Hopefully, you will be receiving them this week.

No, I didn't get an approval e-mail either. I still haven't received the hard copy, but I'm hoping to this week.

Got an approval too for me and my daughter. Havent received anything in email, just checked the USCIS website to see my status and thats where i learned they finally touched and approved our application.

NOA1 - March 6

Transferred to CSC - Aug 26

Touched - Sept 11

Approved - Oct 17

March 6 - NOA 1

Aug 26 - Case transferred to CSC

Sept 11 - Touched

Oct 17 - Approved

Nov 11 - Received DS3032 (beneficiary)

Nov 12 - Received AOS bill and DS3032

I am trying to get all the papers completed by my wife and forwarded to me before they are gnerated by NVC. Would it be an issue if the dates on the completed forms are way before the dates these forms are even generated? Thanks

I got my NOA2 hard copy in the mail today, and my tax transcripts for the last three years, too. Also, the Human Resources Dept. at my company wrote me a letter verifying my employment and salary, so my forms for the AOS are coming together.

The NVC automated voice recording still says they haven't received my case, though. Tomorrow I'm going to try to get through to a live operator.

02/08/2008. I-130 delivered to Chicago Lockbox. Signed by V BUSTAMANTE

02/20/2008. I-130 NOA1 date. Vermont Service Center

08/26/2008. Touched. (I-130 transferred to California Service Center)

08/27/2008. Touched.

08/28/2008. Touched. (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)

08/29/2008. Touched.

09/26/2008. Touched.

09/27/2008. Touched.

10/16/2008. Touched.

11/12/2008. Touched.(Senator inquired on case status. Case with FBI. Was told not to inquire again for 90 days)

yes change the page to the status page of the site not the (most recent date) page, click on the case number

My case was received by the NVC a week agao, I got my case number from operator, but I still get the " No Record of this case ..." from the automated line.

Hey azer_2000,

I found out about my approval by logging on to my account on the USCIS website. I noticed that the "Last Updated" date had changed from 09/27/08 to 10/14/08, so I clicked on my case number. That's when I saw that the "Current Status" line had changed to "Approval notice sent." I never did get an e-mail from USCIS, but yesterday I got my NOA2 hard copy in the mail (which makes it feel official).

Just keep checking the USCIS website--I'm sure your approval is coming.

i called surprised me to get operator so fast, ask if they had case they said yes they recd yesterday (20) but didnt offer another number, guess i need push more??? i will call back tomorrow and ask for a number but anyway its there

Start the clock :)

I think you get different responses from different operators. The first time i called, I did not even asked for the case number. Just after she verified my info, she told me here is your case number. I was like, ok thank very much, that was easy :)

Need some help using the barcode generator. I did a test today by following the instructions from VjWiki. The output seems very small. Do we need to modify those criteria on the instructions to enlarge the printout? Please advice, thank you.
