My fingers are permantly crossed they are now blue from loss of circulation and think that they will drop off before I get my NOA2

Well, luckily you'll have time to heal once this is all done!

It's funny... I was all ready to not hear anything until mid-November at the earliest, and then last week I started getting really, erm, anticipatory (weird word, but yeah). I wish I could just go back to my patiently awaiting mindset--it was so much easier!

Tell me about it, this could be the big week, but it also can be the big disappointing week. Who would have thought that CSC would have had less then 10 approvals last week? Oh well, lets see what this week brings us. I have a Math test Tomorrow, I HATE MATH!!

I start the week of by trying not to think about it but by mid week I am on and off Igors list and checking USCIS site twice a day

Oh well lets hope we get tons of approvals next week..............yeah right ha ha

Holy crimoly--what an interesting change! I like that it's says "6 months" rather than a specific date--that helps people who are just a day or two off. It's also a huge jump--that would put us with April being the cut-off date, right? WOW!!! I hope they keep that up!

Edited to add: Here's the explanation they give. It sounds like things might be moving along there again!!!

"The table shown below is intended to be a tool for customers to view our processing times. When applications and petitions are completed within our target timeframes, those timeframes will be shown (example: 3 months). If we are not meeting our target timeframes a date will be shown (example: April 16, 2008)."

Well, not every Feb filer because I'm still sitting here without an NOA2....But this update is a good thing for us all....For anyone like me, we can finally call and not have someone say our case is within the processing time...I can finally make an appt at my local office so I'm thankful for that.

To be honest, I never looked that closely--we always had a date for the I-129F category. I'm always happy to see progress!

We should all be happy they updated the processing times, at least we know someone is there. For awhile it looked like everybody went home! lol.....they have massive numbers of petitions coming in everyday, we represnt maybe >1% of all filers. These next 2 months will be very sucessful for all of us i hope. Patience my friends, Patience. :clock:
