How to follow up case w/o using Call Center?

Hi VJ members.. Im new here... I had been reading posts here and i learned a lot. I'm one of those suffering from WAITING TO HEAR from US embassy for my visa case status. I have problem contacting the US embassy right now. I cannot use the 1909 because we dont have PLDT or smart landline so i use their hotline and im ending up w/ voice recorded in tagalog. My DV is on its 5th week and i called delbros to verify if my DV has arrived to US embassy. Delbros said it hasnt arrived yet. Its making me cry now for that news. I miss my man so much!!! I hope they make the process so fast because waiting is now killing me.

04-02-2012 --- INTERVIEW- passed!

05-01-2012 --- Oath scheduled/ Oath Letter Sent

05-16-2012 --- Oath Taking! I am now a USC!!!

For Me:

When I was in Manila I would call the USEM and after many calls I could get thru to Grace to check my follow up.

Back when I was in USA , I would international long distance and it would take forever and a day to get thru to grace.

I paid the $18, and rec'd a PIN #, and was able to call and get a interview date on the first call.
