i know we are to mail the 129f app via usps.

is it wise to include all the papers in a manila envelope

or

just a plain folder

or just put the "stack" in the usps by itself ?

most of your work will be re-assembled anyway... just make sure it stays together in the order you wish until they have a chance to go at it. Placing it all in an approved & proper mailing vessel would be a minimum.

I put mine in a folder. I used ACCO prong clips to hold it all together, punched 2 holes in the top of each sheet. I seperated each section by a piece of colored paper and tabbed it. I put the pictures in clear plastic envelopes.

Whatever you do, make it clear and easy to follow. Otherwise, people do it all kinds of different ways. They seldom if ever have any problems.

I put mine in a transparent zipped folder inside the manila enveloppe.

Did use post it flags as tabs keeping them within the page with an index given on the cover letter

could not do holes, risk would have been to dammage data on the pages.
