recived packet 3...with none of its contents!

I was all excited today to get packet 3 from london...I got the cover letter saying to refer to its contents. But theres nothing else in it! what do i do? I cant find a phone number from the london embassy anywhere! Arrrghhh...

just check the site for what the contents would be - schedule medical blah blah blah, give them your life and hopefully you will be fine -

I don't think they send the forms now? They didn't send me them last year anyways. They probably guess most people download them before receiving P3 thanks to the internet.

Wow, i never knew that! The letter said that it should have instructions enclosed with it. And that i should follow them about booking the medical etc. it also says that there should be a mdical questionnaire with it too. The letter wasnt even signed. thanks anyways.

You should have gotten the medical questionaire in that package, there is also a checklist that you HAVE to send back to the embassy with your downlaoded forms, there should have been alot of (information) paperwork in that pack (although most of it is useless).

Have you managed to find copies of the checklist & Medical questionaire?

I found the check list online but not the medical questionnaire.

I have P3 scanned. Send me an email address in a PM and I can give you access to London Packet 3 on my Sky Drive on MSN. You have to have a MSN based email (hotmail, msn, live) to access it. Or if you just want the medical form, I can attach it in an email. The whole thing is too big to do as attachments.

I had a similar problem -- my fiance posted in another topic. I only have the IV-18a medical forms and nothing else. There was a mention of what I have to take with me to the interview, but it doesn't give a date or anything.

Now I have a plethora of questions:

First, what forms do I need to download?

Secondly, where on earth can I find them?

It doesn't outline what I have to mail back to them, and it says on the document that I shouldn't mail certain things to the Embassy. Please assist!

Does the P3 that you have the same for P3 for a K-3 visa?

For thoes of you going through london, do you know what they are asking for at the interview in regards to the affidavit of support ie what are the income guidelines for the I-134. Im really confused.
