Timeline

I am Sending my I-130 but I am very nervous and I am afraid I will forget something. So please help, what do you think?

1. Completed and signed form I-130

2. Check for I-130 filing fee $355US

3. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph - Petitioner

4. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph – Beneficiary

5. Copy of my naturalization certificate to prove U.S citizenship

6. Copy of my birth certificate

7. Copy of our marriage certificate

8. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport

9. Copies of affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of our marriage

I also intend to include copies of my US and Bulgarian passports biographic and visa pages to prove travel to Bulgaria an some boarding passes.

Your package looks good to me....maybe include some photos of the two of you.

Make 2 copies...put in a cover sheet that list the contents of the package...put stickies at the bottom of each item to indicate what it is.

Use Arco fasteners at the top.

Dont' forget, you need 4 copies of the G-325 for the beneficiary and 4 copies for the petitioner. Pictures (especially of the wedding), e-mails, cards, anything that will make the approval easier. I sent e-mails between myself and my sister from 2 years ago asking when we were getting married. Every bit helps!

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!
