I am not aware of this Nick, we are working overseas, company pays for our insurance, and the child is our dependant.

We dont pay taxes here only Social Security Tax. We may go to the US next year and update my status., after I gave birth..

Be careful about TAX!

Permanent resident AND US citizen is reponsible for tax no matter where you work.

Even if you work for foreign company in foreign county, you still have to pay for tax when Federal Tax return concerns.

If there is tax treaty between U.S. and the country you are working, you can deduct the tax you paid for foreign county.

For Oath ceremony, usually it is varied by where you live.

Some DO takes one month or less, but some takes 2~3 months, or longer.
