We're really so excited to know that our case has left NVC last week and is on the way to Tunis now!!!!

But now I need some :help:

I'm filling out the forms online that Yousuf will need to take to the embassy when it's time. I have the I-134 completed but I'm not sure what to put under question 8... I have two children, they live with me but their dad pays child support and we have joint custody... so, are they wholly or partially dependant on me? I think partially since I share custody and get child support to help with their expenses but I just want to be sure. Then on question 10... do I put Yousuf's info there or is this talking about other people I may have submitted this petition for in the past?

Ok now on to form DS-156... question 22... we don't know when he's coming, as soon as they give him his visa.. what should we put?

Question 26... how long does he intend to stay? forever?!

27... purpose of visit? marriage and to live with spouse?

Questions 32 and 33... intend to work or study in the US? if so where? Don't know yet since he's not here?

36.. anyone ever filed a petition for you? yes, right? ME??? or does that mean someone other than me?

Also, will it be OK if part of the forms are typed (printed from filling them out online) and other boxes are hand written?

Does he need the original NOA2 or can I send him a copy of that? I heard that I'll need the original later when we adjust status after he's here so I'm hesitant to mail it to him just in case it gets lost in the mail or something.

That's all I can think to ask right now but I know I have more questions that I just can't remember. Thanks in advance everyone!
