So good to see you hon!!

How are you? :)

I miss you and hope all is well :)

Last night we had a party to celebrate Nick's birthday...he got VERY drunk and is sleeping. I made him some toast and brought him some coffee.

I'm getting ready for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.

Nick is feeling better and we are just going to focus on working together to figure out what he wants to do, what I want to do, etc.

September 2006 to March 2008, 11 visits, 5 in Canada, 6 in NJ

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***

Hmmm maybe we should move back to Canada! lol smile.png

I used this site a lot when I still lived in canada ( helped to get my both kids a nice apartment and things they needed to get them on theyr feet )

I use this site a lot here in the states too , ( I set it up to newark jersey since kjiji only got 2 options for jersey )

this site is so cool you can find anything even jobs maybe you guys get lucky and find something good here

04/25/17 credit card charged 

04/25/17 e mail NOA send 

05/01/17 hard copy of NOA dated 04/25 received in mail

05/06/17 biometric hard copy in mail 

05/19/17 Biometric appointment in Hartford CT 

07/17/17 Inline for Interview 

07/24/17 Interview letter in mail 

08/24/17 Interview in Springfield MA ... Yes Aproved

09/14/17 Oath Ceremony .... done I am a US citizen

09/22/17 Applied for Passport ( per reg mail ) 

10/04/17 got passport in mail  

10/13/17 got certificate in mail  , updated status with social security office

I am so sorry this had to happen to you two. Everything was going so smoothly too.

I agree with everyone else and just find a sponsor, and like Mandy said Nick will have to take any job he can right now. There are jobs out there, you guys will be okay.

when my husband got here i was without a job too and didnt report it , i finally got one in july. no worries you will be a-ok :thumbs:
