OMG OMG OMG - did my usual checking of the USCIS website - expecting absolutely nothing - and there it - our I-130 petition (NOA1 06/17/08) has todays date in the update column!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Thats a touch right?

Just happy someone's looking at the paperwork!!

Gotta go call the hubby & share the news!

Anyone else out there get any news today?

May 05, 2010 - mailed I-485

May 11, 2010 - text message stating application received

May 13, 2010 - NOA1 for AOS

May 17, 2010 - Biometrics letter rec'd

June 10, 2010 - Biometrics appt

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

May 15/07... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Sept. 13/07... N-400 sent to NSC

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Checking the website today I also got my second touch. Hoping all of us will have our approval soon. :innocent::crying:

March 2,2010- AP approved

March 9,2010- Hard copy received

March 12, 2010- I-485 receipt notice for interview

March 18,2010- received letter for initial interview

April 19, 2010- 8 :15 A.M INTERVIEW DATE ( APPROVED 5min.Interview)
